In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "5g777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 5g777 online gaming platform, accessible at 5g777.cam and any affiliated mobile applications, operated under the PAGCOR licensing framework.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered for, or is accessing, a 5g777 account.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 5g777 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 5g777 Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts, less amounts wagered and withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by 5g777 under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to 5g777's identity and age verification procedures conducted in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the licensing and regulation of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products, sports betting, payment processing, customer support, and associated platform features provided by 5g777 to Players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using online gaming services of the type provided by 5g777 is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

By accessing the 5g777 platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the 5g777 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 5g777 platform and, if you have an existing Account, contact support to close it.

These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language for all legal purposes. Translations provided for convenience do not carry legal weight and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

To open and maintain a 5g777 Account and to access the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR's licensing conditions for online casino gaming in the Philippines.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
3. You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 5g777 complies with all laws applicable in your location.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of 5g777, PAGCOR, or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of any such person, where your participation in gaming on the platform would be prohibited or restricted.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the 5g777 platform or through PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
6. You must have a valid Philippine mobile number for SMS OTP verification and account communication purposes.

5g777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure, with balances held pending review.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the 5g777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 5g777 accepts no liability for failed transactions, miscredited funds, or delayed payouts resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, 5g777 conducts identity verification (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit, at minimum:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID)
• A selfie or photograph for facial matching purposes
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions, as required by PAGCOR compliance standards

KYC verification must be completed before 5g777 processes any withdrawal request. Until verification is complete, deposit and play privileges may be available subject to platform-imposed limits, but withdrawals will not be processed. 5g777 reserves the right to suspend gameplay and withhold funds pending satisfactory KYC completion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account will be considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 5g777 support immediately at [email protected].

5g777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform's Cashier page, which currently includes GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods are subject to change at 5g777's discretion; updates will be reflected on the Cashier page.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on 5g777:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Cashier page.
• All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected, in which case the equivalent PHP value at time of transaction applies.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to the Player's account, or to a verified payment method associated with the Player's own name, as confirmed through KYC.
• 5g777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees which are outside 5g777's control.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance and fraud prevention before processing. Standard processing times are as stated on the Cashier page. 5g777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or network outages.
• 5g777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding stated thresholds, which may require additional documentation and extend processing times.

5g777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are communicated at the point of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 5g777:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they and any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players with verified accounts in good standing. 5g777 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one active bonus may apply to an account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: 5g777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play between accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and use of multiple accounts to claim a single-offer bonus more than once. Detection of such activity may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Errors: If a bonus is credited to an account in error, 5g777 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount, including any winnings derived from those funds.

All games available on the 5g777 platform — including live dealer games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, and table games — are governed by game-specific rules communicated within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real money.

Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes for applicable games are subject to independent third-party testing and certification to ensure fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and gameplay under controlled studio conditions. 5g777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the following applies:

• If a game is interrupted before a result is determined, the wager may be refunded to the Player's account at 5g777's discretion.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect win to be credited, 5g777 reserves the right to void that payout and correct the account balance.
• 5g777 does not accept liability for interrupted sessions caused by the Player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. Live in-play odds are subject to real-time adjustments; bets placed and accepted at a quoted odd are honored at that odd regardless of subsequent movements, unless a manifest pricing error has occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5g777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform, or assisting another person to do so
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account ownership
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, whether for financial gain or otherwise
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way not expressly authorized by 5g777
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain; any such gain must be reported immediately and is subject to reversal
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, match fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether through 5g777 or PAGCOR
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at 5g777 staff or other players through any platform communication channel

All content on the 5g777 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, graphics, audio, and video content — is the property of 5g777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5g777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any platform content
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform or its software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice
• Use 5g777's brand name, trademarks, or logos without prior written authorization

Any unauthorized use of 5g777's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5g777's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Services — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5g777 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of gaming opportunity, winnings, or profits arising from any platform downtime, technical failure, or maintenance
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable account security

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 5g777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

5g777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's standards. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on real-money deposits
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per configurable period
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session expiry and reality-check reminders
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure with no re-marketing contact

All 5g777 gaming services are restricted to players aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted during registration and the KYC process. 5g777 will immediately close any account found to belong to an underage individual and may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

5g777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary policy
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• A court order, PAGCOR directive, or other regulatory instruction requiring account action
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 5g777 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player before any dormant account action is taken.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 5g777 support. Upon valid closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to a verified payment method registered to the Player's name.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the 5g777 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, transaction, or account action, Players should submit a formal complaint to 5g777 customer support at [email protected] within thirty (30) calendar days of the disputed event. 5g777 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of the initial acknowledgment.

If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through 5g777's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established player complaint mechanisms, as the relevant licensing and regulatory authority overseeing 5g777's operations.

Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

5g777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the 5g777 platform, not less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate change is required by law, regulatory directive, or to address a security or fraud risk.

Your continued use of the 5g777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting [email protected].
